I adore Dr. Giddens; he's so personable and funny but also very competent. I've also enjoyed my interactions with the younger optometrists. The staff is helpful and friendly when picking out frames and lenses. Recently, I tried a new kind of lens and experienced some problems with them, but the staff was patient and rectified all the issues more than satisfactorily.

I have been going to Ben Giddens office for years, and have always been treated with the upmost respect and been helped out when ever I need it.. I’m now bringing my kids and they love it!
